The FunSpacer is a unique solution, designed to give children mobility, comfort, independence and security. It differs in the way that is a playful approach to medication.

The current spacers on the market
The current form of spacer is simply not sufficient enough for what parents and children need. Since it is next to impossible for the parents to know how large a dose the child has received with the current spacer. Since the child must inhale the asthma medicine through 6 breaths, but for the children to be able to inhale it correctly, the spacer needs to be 100% airtight all the time. If it leaks the slightest under the process, the parent may have to start over with the whole process and that is what makes it hard to know if the child was medicated correctly. This can lead to irreversible fibrosis damage which is permanent scarring in the lungs.

The FunSpacer makes the whole process of medicating children with asthma easier and more comfortable.
The mask is based on a diving mask, which then means that it sits airtight on the child's face, so that you avoid having to hold it on the child, and therefore avoid over and under medication.
The mask is also designed with the children's interests in mind as the mask is made to make the children feel safe by looking like some of the things they know such as a dog, rabbit, cat or unicorn .
The mask is modular, which means that the individual parts can be replaced, so you don't have to change the entire mask if the child grows, or change the spacer when it needs it. This also makes it much easier to clean the mask.
